Architecture Office Łukasz Biernacki has been active in Słubice since 1999.
The border location of our company and long cooperation with German architects facilitated
our understanding of specific requirements of both the Polish and the German market.
The office is a local leader among designers of industrial, logistic and warehouse facilities, but the scope of our services is very broad – from detached houses, multifunction objects, to large scale urban architecture and industrial projects.
We specialize in the preparation of complete design documentation along with industry studies, we offer comprehensive investment service, including author's supervision, investor's supervision
and conducting contracting tenders. We take care of projects from the concept phase, through administrative services related to obtaining a building permit,
to implementation with the necessary supervision and acceptance procedures.
The office consists of a group of 7 employees, including architects, engineers
and administration workers. Thanks to the organized structure of the office, everyone contributes to the creative process
of the objects projected in our studio.
Our job is to create functional and attractive spaces. We look at objects built upon our designs with pride and satisfaction.
